I am a co-founder of Black Girl Workouts and third generation yoga teacher who is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. I  completed my first 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT) in 2018 at the CITYOGA School of Yoga Health but I have been practicing yoga since the age of 5. I am deeply grateful for the way yoga has connected and healed my own mind, body, and spirit.


I enjoy sharing the gift of yoga with others and teaching gentle flows that are suitable for all levels to join!

Fitness has been my way of life for as long as I can remember- I decided to take my love for health and wellness a step further by earning my Personal Training Certification through ACE Fitness to help the women in our community feel and work towards their best self. Specializing in low mobility activities and strength training to also assist with those who are beginning their fitness journeys. Along with my background in Integrative Medicine- I am here to listen to what’s been holding you back from a healthier, happier you while helping you set realistic goals in order to reach your finish line!

I started my personal fitness journey in 2013, because like most, I was unhappy with the way that I looked on the outside. Throughout my Journey, I learned that fitness was the gateway to going within and tackling my mental battles and insecurities! So, in 2017 I became a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer, focusing on weight and resistance training, to not only help build women up on the outside, but on the inside too! As we women, we are strong and we are powerful beyond belief. It only takes a little reprogramming to go against society’s opinions and ideas of who we should be, and become who we want to be.
