About the Event
The Hourglass Class is a strength training class that will focus on building lean muscle and burning fat to help sculpt your unique figure, while focusing on form and technique. Throughout this class you will learn how to build your lower body with an emphasis on the glutes and a strong back while tightening up the waist!
Class Length: 45 min- 1 hr.
Beginners are welcomed as exercises can be modified!
Equipment: Dumbbells, Barbell, Resistance Bands
