Strawberry Protein Smoothie Recipe

This is my favorite go-to smoothie recipe for mornings before the gym. It is super easy to make and doesn’t require many ingredients. PLUS you probably already have a half of them in your home

right now!


INGREDIENTS:


- 1 handful frozen strawberries

- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1-2 scoop vanilla protein power


INSTRUCTIONS:

This recipe is super easy sis!


First, add strawberries to your blender.

Next, add in your protein powder

Then, add your 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Lastly, pour over your almond milk.

BLEND BLEND BLEND


~You can add more milk depending on your preferred smoothie consistency. One cup of milk creates the consistency that I personally like but if you like a thinner consistency add more milk, a little at a time.
