Summer Spinach Green Smoothie Bowl


The first thing you eat in the morning should not only be good for your body but good for your soul. Check out this smoothie bowl recipe by our sis Suzi Keegan.




For the smoothie bowl:


-1 cup of spinach


-3 frozen bananas


-1/4 cup of almond milk


For toppings:


-2 fresh strawberries sliced

-1/4 cup of fresh blueberries


-1 tablespoon of coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS:


  1. Put the spinach, frozen bananas and almond milk in a blender and blend everything until smooth.

  2. Serve in a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries and coconut flakes.
