Peachy Pear Green Smoothie

If you’re craving something sweet, creamy and healthy at the same time, then grab your blender and whip up this green smoothie!


It’s packed full of vitamins and minerals, plus it’s filling and delicious.


Peaches are rich in fibre, and minerals potassium, magnesium and vitamins A and C. They help lower inflammation in the body and promote healthy skin.

Pears contain high amounts of antioxidants and help aid natural weight loss.


The leafy green used for this smoothie is spinach, which is high in fibre, calcium, iron and vitamin C.

Recipe


  • 2 cups of Spinach

  • 2 Banana

  • 1 Pear

  • 1 Peach

  • 1 cup of Almond milk


Instructions


  1. Blend the bananas with the almond milk until smooth

  2. Then add the spinach and blend again

  3. Next, add the peach and pears and blend all together until smooth.


Serve and enjoy!
